World Renew, an agency of the Christian Reformed Church in North America, is seeking to hire the next Director of Donor Relations in the USA. This key position is located at the World Renew offices in thriving Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The person who fills this significant leadership position will have the opportunity to provide key strategic leadership to the significant major, middle market, and planned gift income channels, donor engagement strategies, and staff who work tirelessly to cultivate donors and invite them to invest in the global work of World Renew. The new Director of Donor Relations will be jumping into the planning and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising campaign aimed at increasing the general operating budget with a high emphasis on the part that major donors will play in the overall success of the campaign.
This position will be an exceptional opportunity for a mid-level development professional seeking to create a culture of philanthropy, influence and shape a sustainable fundraising program, work directly with high capacity and middle market donors, supervise staff, and have a voice regarding direct ministry impact in a faith-based nonprofit that seeks to bring whole gospel transformation to hurting people in the U.S. and globally.
